Make that idea your life

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself.
Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first. If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.
It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change. All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.
Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.

Interesting read. I always assumed a med spa and a day spa were basically the same thing with different names. The difference in who performs treatments is pretty significant when you think about it.

I read the piece about the Eisendrath Team being a husband and wife operation and it made me think about how my parents bought their first house decades ago. There is something reassuring about a team where two people check each other's work.

Has anyone here tried Vivace? I keep seeing it mentioned but I am not sure how it differs from regular microneedling in practice. The explanation about radiofrequency helps, but I would love to hear from someone who has done both.

Great point about door swing. In our old place near the Fiesta District the shower door hit the vanity drawer every single time. Nobody thought about clearance until it was too late.
